A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. Returns

All items are sold to support our humanitarian missions so unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, however if the item arrives defective, we will exchange it for the same item, if available and only if the item is returned no more than 14 days from arrival

To be eligible to exchange an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item for exchange. We will also notify you when your replacement item is shipped.







You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
